By purchasing from Deck Your Site, you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions. If you have any questions regarding these terms, please contact us prior to making your purchase.

  • There are no shipping charge associated with Deck Your Site products as all templates will be delivered in digital format via email. For an additional $4 charge, you can receive all template files on CD.
  • Payment via PayPal is preferred, but money orders are accepted as well. If paying by money order, please be aware that work will not begin on your project until payment has been received and successfully cashed.
  • Due to the nature of Deck Your Site's items, refunds and/or exchanges are not offered. Deck Your Site/KWKDesigns offers unlimited, free technical support, which means we will work with you until the template is online and functioning to your satisfaction.
  • Some templates are not exclusive designs, therefore more than one may be sold. If you do not want to run the risk of a competitor having the same template, go for a custom design.
  • Deck Your Site/KWKDesigns retains sole ownership of all designs and all copyright information must be left intact. You are purchasing a license to use your desired template, as sold, on as many of your own auction or store listings as you choose. If you are purchasing a BISI, Zen, Volusion or Joomla template, you may use it on one domain. You may not distribute any purchased designs, in whole or in part, without the express written permission of Deck Your Site/KWKDesigns.
  • Deck Your Site/KWKDesigns reserves the right to use examples of all custom designs at will for any promotional purpose without further notification to purchaser.
